Cajun Pizza Place was opened in late December of 2009 by Keith Dartez and Shannon Landry along with family and friends. The two of them bring over 50 combined years of experience in the pizza industry to Austin. Keith--or "Flash" as everyone knows him--worked for Pizza Village in Lafayette for over 38 years and helped it grow into the most successful pizza restaurant in the Acadiana area that it is today.

There are two things that Cajun's take pride in: The first is their very unique culture and history. The other is the food they serve. When we set out to open Cajun Pizza, we strongly believed that these values should also mirror the foundation that this new restaurant would be built on. We take great pride in everything we make and serve it to you via friendly service with a smile.

We serve a crispy thin-crust pizza with all of the traditional toppings available and several pizzas with a distinctive Cajun flair. We also have awesome fried shrimp po-boys, muffulettas, and authentic Cajun boudin. ...and how could we forget the Beer! We offer seven varieties of ice-cold draft beer and all come served in a frosty, chilled mug.

Here in Cajunland we have a saying: "Laissez le bon temps rouler," which translates to "Let the good times roll." So come on by and give us a try--you won't be disappointed!
